Terms of service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These cover brakencearchive.com, the brakence games (brakdlE, listeN, higheR, ranK, mirroR and play.brakencearchive.com) and the brakence games Discord activity. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.

A fan project

This is an unofficial fan project made by one person. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to brakence, Columbia Records, Sony Music, Discord, Apple or Spotify.

Free, as is

Everything here is free. It’s provided as is, without any promises that it’ll always work, be accurate or stay online. I can change, pause or shut down any part of it at any time, including stats, streaks and leaderboards.

Play fair

Don’t cheat the shared stats, like scripting fake scores or spamming results.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around how the sites or the activity work.
Don’t use the activity to harass anyone. Your name in a room comes from your Discord account, so Discord’s rules apply to it too.

I can block or reset anything that breaks these rules.

Music, art and names

The songs, cover art, the knot-here.world art and the brakence name belong to brakence, Columbia Records and their other owners. Song clips are Apple Music’s official 30-second previews, streamed straight from Apple. No music or lyrics are hosted here. If you own something that appears here and want it changed or taken down, message me and I’ll sort it out.

The Discord activity

Using the brakence games activity also means following Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. What the activity stores is explained in the privacy policy.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I’m not responsible for any loss or damage from using these sites or the activity. That includes lost streaks or scores.

Changes and contact

If these terms change I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Message me on Instagram or Discord, I’m @yestinjarrett on both.
